Case Study: Health Information Management State Association Board Review for Improvement Opportunities You are a first-time board member to your HIM component state association (CSA]. The first quarter meeting of the board is being held and the chair/president elect has distributed two reports for review and discussion. The intent is to obtain feedback that the dashboards presented bring value to the board, if any improvements should be made in the reporting tool, and if there are any glaring weaknesses or areas the board identifies needing improve- ment.
