Your task is to prepare a 2000-word +/- 10% (excluding references and appendices) portfolio that assesses the current energy performance of the building and proposes feasible and appropriate energy systems to further improve it.
The portfolio should cover the following aspects:
An overview of the building's attributes, such as function, area, floors, year of construction, materials and any other information you consider relevant for the portfolio.
A critical evaluation of the current inefficiencies, current energy performance and carbon emission of the building.
