Individual Essay (Reflective Report)
PROJECT ON SWOT ANALYSIS ON SOME OF THE EVENT
This individual report should be approximately 1000 words in length (excluding appendices). You should evaluate the planning and execution of your project and in particular, your experience of working in the team. Include suggestions for how the management process or your involvement could be improved if it were to be repeated.
This report should not be a descriptive piece of work but a critical evaluation and reflection of the processes employed to undertake the work within a theoretical context. A theoretical reflection framework (Egy. Gibbs, 1988 or Kolb, 1984) should be used.
Please note that for a report to be successful in achieving high marks, it must be well-focused, critically reflective and evaluative (see assessment criteria). Please note that a minimum of 10 ACADEMIC references are required for this assignment.
