In order to understand the ethics of cops, courts, and corrections that make up the Criminal Justice System(CJS), and to understand how each sector functions ethically, we will review the Dual Essence of Criminal Justice (The Social and Moral Order) and the Dual Practice of Criminal Justice (The Ideal Model and the Serviceable Model).

Question:

1. Dershowitz asserts that in the objective reality of criminal justice, the accused rarely goes to court. He submits that in many communities only 6% of felons go to trial.
