You are required to demonstrate your critical understanding of a topic area in the context of Australian community services (why it is important to know about it and what challenges may arise). This is an academic paper, and students will be expected to research beyond the content/readings already delivered.
Choose ONE of the following topic areas:
1. With reference to federal and state legislation, identify the importance of informed consent, proper record-keeping and maintaining confidentiality when working with clients in community services.
