When reviewing the manuals for each of the personality tests, the MMPI-2, NEO PI-R, and the BSI, consider whether any of these instruments exhibit a potential bias for or against any particular culture, diversity group, or special needs population. In addition, you should keep your state or country's laws, and your professional organization's ethical codes in mind as you consider possible assessment bias which I do understand th ethical codes in our state of West Virigina.
