A wheel rotates about a horizontal axis. It has an outerradius R1= 21.2 cm and mass M1=4.51 kg. Attached to itconcentrically is a hub of radius R2= 4.70 cm and mass M2 = 1.16kg. The axle has negligible radius and mass. Both the wheel and thehub are solid and have uniform density. Suspended from a masslessstring that is wound around the hub is a weight of mass m = 484 gm.
