Your company has just enjoyed a record-breaking year in revenues, which ended 31 March 2017.  This ended your FY, which ran from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017.

The Board of Directors has voted to recognize ALL employees with a share of the profits.  As such, a 'pot' of money has been created that will allow ALL employees to receive a personal check for $1200.

You are writing a letter to Susan Johnson, one of your employees on your team, to let her know the good news of this financial windfall. Susan has been particularly helpful to you this past year as she has mentored three new employees who joined your team while - at the same time - consistently performing at a high level in her current position.

Your letter will let her know that she will receive a check for $1200 by Monday, June 12, 2017, via postal mail (or automatic deposit).
