Element: Report on the outcomes of the Environment Health and Safety audit

1. Present the summary audit findings and recommendations to management at a close-out meeting

2. Evaluate results against the audit criteria in conjunction with management

3. Present objective evidence with clear and concise findings, including the benefits to be achieved by adoption of the audit report recommendations

4. Anticipate possible challenges to the report

5. Document recommendations to management regarding corrective action and follow-up processes clearly and concisely

You are required to work in continuation of your assessment 02 project work based on the internal audit requirements as per the OSHAD SF. You may select the format and approach that you consider most appropriate. Please see the Marking Guide that will be used to assess your project which is given below. To fulfill the requirements for this assessment, you will need to be able to complete the below tasks:

Task 1:

Carry out a closing meeting with your teacher and present your Audit Summary to examine the results of the evaluation against the audit criteria, it must include the;
• Audit Findings
• Recommendations

Task 2:
a) Support your findings by furnishing the documents collected during the audit.
b) List out the benefits of your recommendations, which the client will get by following them.

Task 3:
Document the follow up process communication / email to be drafted.
