Assessment Task
Scenario:
A private manufacturing companyhas around 150 employeesworking in different departments. Employees working in the boiler vessel cleaning activities had a concern about the nature of the job and workload. Supervisor approached the EHS officer for further investigation on these issues. The investigation process revealed that human factors are required to be considered in order to address the concerns of the employee.
Assume that you are working as an EHS officer and you have been asked to prepare the report based on the following tasks and present to the top management.
