Effects Age Has on Drug Treatment Outcome

Objective: The objective of this test is to determine if age has an impact on one's drug treatment outcome and whether or not it results in either being a positive or negative outcome.

Proposed method: The method in which this study will be performed will be through a cross sectional study.

The purpose of this study will be to examine whether harsher bail Judgments are likely to result when judges are told that the defendant tested positive for drug usage than when no testing information is made available. Hypothesis, based on a preliminary examination of the relevant literature in forensic psychology and attribution research, is that such an effect will emerge.
