Consider two point loads q1 = +10nC and q2 = -10nC spaced 5mm (electric dipole). (a) Calculate the electric bipolar torque. If the dipole is within a homogeneous electric field with E = 860 N / C forming an angle φ = 30o with the dipole axis calculate (b) the force moment and (c) the dynamic energy of the dipole.
