During the transfection experiment I added buffer and enhancer intothe DNA tube and let it sit for 5 minutes...from here my professorsaid that some complex is formed and we need to know what thatcomplex is and what it does to DNA...but I can't find this anywhere.

After the five minutes was up, I added 25μL of effectene into the DNA tube and let this new mixture sitten minutes. Again, some complex is formed. Does anyone know what?
