- Imagine you are a leadership development consultant.
- You have been hired by a leadership team from a specific organisation - you are free to make up an imaginary scenario i) describing the organisation, ii) defining what are the needs/challenges of the organisation and iii) identifying what is the strategic or operational issue that you have been hired to advise on.
- The leadership team has asked you to design and propose a comprehensive leadership development programme for their organisation to directly address the imaginary scenario. Your task is to design, develop, and plan the evaluation of a leadership training/development programme.
- You must draw on psychological theory to create a robust evidence-based program.
- You must write a detailed proposal for the management team.
What you need to submit
- A concise and well-organised report (2,000 words) covering all phases of the assignment addressing a clear organizational need/challenge and strategic or operational issue
- Appendix containing any supporting materials - these are not marked
- Appendix describing the imaginary scenario. This is not marked and should no more than 1 page.
