An equiangular strain gage rosette is mounted on a free and unloaded surface of a part made of steel. When loaded the gages read ?0 = +1900, ?120 = -700, and ?240 = +300 micrometers per meter. Determine all principal stresses and strains and draw Mohr circles for both stress and strain.
