A single-phase diode bridge is supplied by an ac source of 257 V, 60 Hz. This bridge in turn supplies a dc load of Idc= 60 A.

Estimate the voltage drops due to (1) source with an inductance of 0.02 mH, (2) each diode with forward voltage drop of ΔVf = 0.6 + 0.0015 Idc, and (3) source and wiring resistances of Rr = 0.0015 Ω.

Draw an equivalent circuit to represent such rectifier. 

Research the circuit topologies for implementing HVDC in order to connect multiple offshore wind turbines or multiple tidal generators to the grid with an underwater cable.
