Scenario #3: ( refusal of treatment / sensitivity to patient John Smith came into your office today you have taken his vitals and he had his appointment with the doctor. At the end of the appointment the doctor came out and asked you to give Jonh an Influenza vacince. When you returned to the exam room and informed and tell the patient you are to give him the Influenza vaccine the doctor ask for , John becomes very agitated and tells you that he doesn't think vaccines work and he doesn's want it . you begine to explant to him how the more money form him by giving him uesless vaccines. Then he leaves the office. Document in the patient's chart the steps you took and was the out come of the situation.
