The father of a child with extensive decay of the primary molars presents to the SAIT Dental Clinic and wants the dentist to " just to pull the molars out ". He does not see the need to restore " baby teeth " if they are just going to fall out anyway. You notice that there is already a loss of space on the maxillary arch caused by past tooth loss due to decay, because the permanent teeth are not erupting in the proper sequence.
