Question: Pay gaps are everywhere. We see it through various forms of discrimination. One that stands out is the pay gap between men and women. You wonder to yourself if this means that men work harder, are more intelligent or just deserved more pay because they are simply men. Now when you look at the pay gaps of APRNs and Physicians when completing the same care for the same patient, you wonder why must there be a pay gap?
