In addition, you will create a 10-15 minute powerpoint slide video presentation. Your paper must abide by the 7th edition APA style. Your paper and presentation will include the following 5 sections:

2. Formulate and include a thesis statement, summarizing the outcome of your analysis in

IV. Proposed Solution

1. Provide one specific and realistic solution.
2. Explain why this solution was chosen.
3. Support the solution with solid evidence:

Outside research (e.g., academic journal articles, business journal articles, books, government reports, and media articles)

V. Recommendations

1. Determine and discuss specific strategies for implementing the proposed solution.
2. If applicable, recommend further action to resolve some of the issues.
