Scope

The group is required to do a research and present a policy paper on a transformational/strategic plan, depicting the appropriate type of tax administration model that would make tax compliance and revenue collection optimal for Turks and Caicos' Tax Administration.
The research, review, analysis and presentation should include but not limited to:

1. A review of the counties' current tax compliance and revenue collection model employing different analytical methods, for example a SWOT and PESTEL analysis. The review should also look at current compliance and collection levels. Get expert online assignment help in the USA.
2. An indebt analysis of other model of tax compliance and revenue collection methods use regionally and internationally.
3. Designing the transformational/strategic plan for implementation
4. Presenting in the form of a policy paper/project document the recommendations of the plan for possible implementation.

1. Presentation should be done in the form of a class presentation by the group and should include time allotted for questions and answers.
2. The final document as part of the presentation should include but not limited to:

(1) Table of content
(2) Introduction
(3) Acknowledgement
(4) Chapters covering review of the different areas of research and advised.
(5) Acknowledgement of any literature use.
