As you may be aware, there are many Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity (DEI) initiative in schools and businesses across the country. If you haven't heard about this yet, do a quick search for information on various DEI initiatives--there is a lot of information about them out there. For this assignment, discuss some ways in which you believe American society can become more inclusive and/or equitable while acknowledging the diversity of the society in which we live? What do you think might work or is working? What do you think definitely would not work (or is already not working)?
