Purpose

The purpose of this homework is to prepare for the dissemination of the change project by creating a PowerPoint presentation.

4. Selects evidence for best practices when planning professional nursing care involving systems, processes, and devices for individuals, families, aggregates, and communities.

Preparing the Homework

Directions

Complete the Evidence Summary template by following the steps below.

A. Download the Week 6 Dissemination of Change Project template. Use of this template is required. A 10% deduction will be applied if the template is not used. See the rubric. Save the template and include your name in the file name.

B. Complete the Dissemination of the Change Project template by building on your selected nursing clinical practice problem and the feedback from previous homeworks throughout the course.

C. The PowerPoint should be 7 slides in length (following the template).

D. In the notes section, on each slide, add speaker notes by answering each question on the template with explanation and detail. Click in the notes section where it says [TYPE HERE] and remove the words [TYPE HERE] to add your speaker notes.

E. The information on the slides should highlight important information from the speaker notes to accompany a presentation. On each slide, add bullets with key information from your speaker notes. Do not change the font size; ensure your information fits on the slide. Slides should be professional, uncluttered, and readable.

F. Correctly cite and reference information from at least three scholarly sources that help support the homework. Sources should be no more than five years old unless they are historical references.

G. Follow rules of grammar, spelling, word usage, and punctuation consistent with formal, scientific writing.

H. Abide by Chamberlain University's academic integrity policy.

2. Explain the anticipated timeline for implementing the change project.
3. Discuss how you will use informatics or healthcare technologies to collect, aggregate, and analyze data.

Section V: Evaluation

1. Discuss how you will ensure the privacy and security of the client's data during the evaluation of the change project.
2. Explain how you will disseminate the outcomes of the change project.
3. Describe the next steps for the use of the change project information.
