One-on-One Interview
1. Develop 3 to 4 interview questions that address some common bias and assumptions related to the poor.
2. Choose a person to interview that you believe would not hold these kinds of assumptions. After the interview, get their feedback about what they thought and experienced during the interview.
3. Summarize the feedback that you received from the person you interviewed in detail.
4. After receiving this feedback do you have more clarity about how to "pray for all people and intercede for them" as instructed in 1Timothy 2:1? Why or why not?
Part 2
Reflect upon the Experiential exercise from above.
Respond to each question in detail and in order to better understand each question.
1. Include your initial expectations, thoughts, and/or bias in detail.
2. Reflect on what you experienced using the feedback from the interview.
3. Specifically, discuss your processing of the experiential exercise.
4. Based on the exercise how do we as Christ followers respond differently to social problems?
5. How do solutions differ when we include Christ in our choices?
6. Be sure to integrate spiritual, cognitive, and experiential components of the workshop and reflect upon your personal.
