Problem
Scenario: Mr. Lee, 40 years old, migrated to Australia from China two weeks ago as a permanent resident with his wife and three children. Mr. Lee is attending an open information session organised by the Royal District Nursing Service for migrants in his community. He possesses limited knowledge about the services he could access in Australia as it is different from his country. In addition, he is not very fluent in English and has difficulty understanding information because of the language barrier. Mr. Lee has an employment background of business in China and is temporarily employed in Australia as a truck driver. His wife is a systems engineer by profession and is presently unemployed. They have 3 children under the age of 8. They do not have any friends or family in Australia and thus they miss partying and socialising.
Lee family spent a good amount of money from their savings to migrate to Australia and are living in a rental apartment at the moment. Mr. and Mrs. Lee are worried about their current financial situation and are trying to find permanent jobs to sustain their family. They have limited bank savings left. Mr. Lee has health history of Obesity, smoking, drinking and chronic back pain. He usually does not take any regular medications and takes over the counter pain killers for his pain. Mr. Lee used to rely on Acupuncture services for pain management when he was overseas.
