Case: Molemi-Morui Agro Limited is company that specialises in agricultural products and has various branches around the country. You were recently appointed as salesperson and your responsibility is travelling around the country to sell new farming technologies available to the farmers. In some parts of the country your clients do not speak English nor Setswana and they prefer to use their native languages to commune. This has proven to be a huge challenge as most of the teaching has been unsuccessful due to language barriers.
