Trying to create an effective campaign can be very tricky if you don't utilize your best abilities. Now on one hand, any person can run a fundraising campaign but for it to be a successful campaign you have to poses certain qualities. The most important aspect of running an effective campaign is to have a set goal how far you are willing to go and hopefully the answer is above and beyond. On top of that, there needs to be a person in charge running things in the correct manner and not just have everyone try to run the "show". In which why it is important to designate a strong leader, in which could display his leadership amongst his fellow team, which will make them want to produce more effectively. Other things that are needed are to have the right amount of research, a great set of determined and motivated volunteers and staff, and most importantly having everyone on the same page, with the same mind set of achieving the same goal
