We all like to think that we are going to be accurate when typing in letters and numbers; however, all of us are not that skilled when it comes to typing while asking questions of other people and trying to put the information into the computer. There will be a lot of interruptions while you are inputting data, phone calls, and people speaking to you, the doctor asking questions. Why is it so important to double check and check again while entering data about a patient?
