Assignment: Think about your current organization, and identify an area that would benefit from change and improvement. Utilize a change management theory, such as one from the Brisson-Banks article, as a good starting point. You will create a written proposal that identifies your rationale for the proposed change and your argument and analysis that support the change. In your proposal, address the following items:

1. Provide the background on the situation to be changed.

2. Explain the elements of the change model selected.

3. Outline the steps for implementing the change model.

4. Discuss the desired long-term outcome of the proposed change.

5. Include a strategy for implementing the identified changes.

6. Discuss personal attributes of leadership that will contribute to the success of your proposal.

Your proposal should be at least three full in pages, not including the title and reference pages. You must use at least two sources to support your proposal, one of which must come from the Waldorf Online Library. All sources used will have proper citations. Your proposal, including all references, will be formatted in APA style.
