I am discussing how in the case of Bloodsworth the detectives found any physical evidence.

There was no physical evidence in the case which can link with "Kirk Bloodsworth." The only evidence the detectives found during the interrogation was a rock that was founded in the crime scene covered with blood. In the interrogation the detectives were talking about the rock founded in the crime scene. Bloodsworth assume the detectives were asking about his wife being a challenge for him for not buying her food. Bloodswoth admits to the rock evidence but in that moment he didn't know what the detectives were talking about. The rock was important evidence used upon Bloodsworth case since, the rock was used to hit the nine years old girl. In the article, "Personal and Material Evidences in Criminal Procedure, with Particular Attention to Road Traffic" by Árpád Budhazi (2017), explained the material evidences such as, physical evidence and documents is necessary in any criminal and civil cases. However, in a criminal offenses is implication act in affording evidences process (Budhazi, 2017). In criminal lawphysical evidence is known as, "the king" because is the main important factor in a courtroom since physical evidence do not contain bias and the juror and judge can view the evidence presented. In Bloodsworth's case the detectives and district attorney did not provided sufficient evidences to prove Bloodsworth was guilty of the charges.
