The final assessment for this unit is an examination, to be held under formal exam conditions.
Length and/or format: The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. There will be two sections:
Section A will be a listening comprehension.
Section B will be a short answer section related to academic language studied and discussed in the unit.
Purpose: The purpose of this task is to assess how well students have m the relevant learning outcomes of this unit, and to assess students' academic and language skills in a real-time context.
