In this application assignment you need to think critically about leadership effectiveness as it relates to your current coaching or administrative responsibilities. You need to focus on something that you can do to improve your personal leadership effectiveness as it relates to the people you work with (players, assistants, staff members, coaches in the department).

Based on past experience, you need to think of ways that you can increase your leadership effectiveness. Each of you has a unique situation, personality and abilities that will affect your leadership style.
