Be sure your keynote presentation includes the following:

A. Introduce yourself and your purpose for speaking (identify the focus of your talk).

B. Explain the relationship between diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.

C. Discuss how dispositions impact DEI and social justice in an educational organization.

D. Synthesize the relationship between DEI, social justice, and emotional intelligence.

E. Include qualitative and quantitative data related to DEI and leadership (you may use data gleaned from your work environment and/or data from scholarly research).

F. Justify the significance of reflective practice on leadership styles and organizational conditions.

G. End with an engaging conclusion or call to action.
