AIM OF THE STUDY:

The present work is undertaken to examine, the effects of F toxicity on the liver and testis of Swiss albino mice and to examine the possible amelioration with the leaf extract of Moringa oleifera (Family : Moringaceae ; Common name: Saijan) and fruit extract of Emblica officinalis (Family : Euphorbiaceae ; Common name : Amla).

1. To study the effect of Sodium Fluoride (NaF) induced toxicity on the liver and testis function of mice.

2. To study the oxidative stress (free radical) caused by Fluoride toxicity in serum.

3. To study the effect of Fluoride induced toxicity on the histology of liver and testis under light microscopy.

4. To assess the impact of ethanolic extracts of Emblica officinalis fruits and Moringa oleifera leaves on Fluoride induced toxicity through biochemical parameters and histological status of liver and testis.
