In the module 1 case assignment, you were asked to provide a sample contract. Now after reading the background information for standard forms of contract, please try to incorporate more elements into your contract and make it as complete as possible.

Especially Figure 4.1 in the Turner (2003) text provides a nice list of items that a contract should include. Please consult this flow chart and include all necessary components to better refine your contract.
