After seeing the social and financial impact of conflict, please try and define war, covering the different aspects which seem to have generated various "lagunae" at international community level.

Monitoring. It seems that even the counting/monitoring of victims of war is also being debated as different actors of the international community, and even private investigations, are unable to agree who is and who is not a victim. Please describe under which circumstances would you accept an individual (civil or military) should be considered a victim (or even collateral damage) of a violent conflict.

The other part of this assignment is to explain why and what is understood by "COLD WAR" and why it seems that this expression is, once again, becoming popular.
