Your essay must meet the criteria described below.

• Provide facts from an actual case from your jurisdiction for this essay.
• Analyze and argue the facts supporting the pretrial motion, identifying appropriate constitutional issues, state constitutional issues, or criminal code section(s) from your jurisdiction.
• Analyze and argue the facts supporting dismissal of the pretrial motion based on constitutional issues, state constitutional issues, or criminal code section(s).
• Provide the actual decision of the court from the case.
• Provide your opinion of the court's decision.
Your case study must be at least two pages in length, and it should be in standard essay format to include an introduction, body, and conclusion. You must use at least two academic resources in your essay, but you may use more if necessary. Any information from those sources must be cited and referenced in APA style.
