About "Dream Toy" manufactory

Most of the company processes are not digitized. They use classic product development methods: their commercialization method is in-person B2B only, low to no tech day to day operation, lack of automation, employees and founders have mitigated feelings about technology and the value it could bring to the business.

The company asked a consultant firm you are part of to help them with the digital transformation that the business will go through from manufacturing to selling and commercializing the products online.

For the purpose of this assignment, you will propose a digital strategy for the board of the company to help them successfully adopt and implement new technologies and assist them in their digital transformation.

1. Explain the need for a digital transformation strategy and its value
