In my understanding, holozoic nutrition is uptake of solid material by phagocytosis. i think all of the organisms can do this
Which exhibit saprozoic nutrition?
Since saprozoic is done by diffusion of soluble nutrients, I'm not really sure which groups would do this. I know fungi is one of them, maybe the only one.
