I found the example of the ripples in an area of water to be a helpful visualization of the differences between high and low frequencies. I also found the function of hair cells within our ears quite interesting, I find it quite odd that the direction that these hair cells bend really determines where the auditory information is being sent. finally, I found the synesthesia interesting. I am curious if synesthesia is something that your born with, or if it is something that can develop over time?
