10). Explain the ingroup/outgroup phenomenon. In what way does this lead to favoritism? Pull out one thing you found important in this section of your reading (stereotypes, discrimination, ingroup/outgroup, discrimination) and explain why you found it so. Give examples of how broader understanding these phenomena can have a positive impact on our society and/or how is limited understanding having a negative impact?
