The 3 excel files are for different students. These are three assignments with same requirement and different data. There are some missing columns in excel file, you have to bring those in the assignment file.

Steps -

Step 1:  Have a look to Customer Database sheet

Step 2:  Read Yellow Cells Directions for

Step 3:  Complete and calculate the pink cells

Project Database tab -

• Find Receipt from customer - 2nd instalment, 3rd instalment, 4th instalment and Total receipts
• Find Outstanding amount
• Find Project profit=quoted amount less project cost )

Subcontractors Database Tab -

Using VLOOKUP function complete the following columns from "Project-Database" sheet

• This amount should be calculated based on 60% of total Quoted price to the customer for the project in "project-Database sheet, Column N"
• If the project Status is "Finished", 90% of Quoted payment to the subcontractor should be paid. If project status is "Running", 50% of Quoted amount should be paid.
• Difference between the Quoted amount and Paid Amount to the subcontractor

Project Report Tab -

• Data Validation for diferrent states for the following cell and CONTIF function

Pivot Table Tab -

• Provide the following Pivot table from "Customer Database" sheet.
