A solenoid with cross sectional area of 1.0 x10^-5 m^2 and length 1.5 x 10^-3 m is connected in parallel with a fully charged parallel plate capacitor with plate area 2.0 x10^-4 m^2 and plate separation of 5.0 x 10^-4 m, with the volume between the capacitor plates filled a dielectric material with dielectric constant 1.7. If the system is observed to oscillate with a period of 5.0 x 10^-6 seconds, how many turns are in the solenoid?
