Greg has been tasked with developing a new search engine to compete with heavy hitters bing and google.

His proposal must clearly and concisely describes the proposed digital business, the monetisation strategy (how it will make money), and the product(s) and/or service(s) it will offer. Sufficient detail is included to facilitate discussion of the strategic challenges facing the start-up. Strategic significant customers, suppliers, competitors, and complementors are identified.

Greg will be describing how one of the challenges studied (CUSTOMER LOCK IN) effected development of a search engine and overcoming that challenge.
