In this assessment, students will analyse the organisational factors that promote effective project management and the elements of the project management planning and execution phases that may lead to ethical compromises.

The case study you can pick based on your industry preferences will be available by the end of week 2 via MyKBS's ‘Case study generator' button in the subject's assessments tab. Based on the contents of your chosen case study, you will need to focus on analysing the selected scenario and presenting a clear and effective leadership response. Furthermore, students must analyse aspects of the project management planning and execution phases that could present ethical challenges as they develop a practical plan to stabilise and support the scenario, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of potential ethical dilemmas or conflicts in project management.
