Problem

In reflecting on my practice test results and progress towards achieving my SMART goals, I've identified both strengths and areas that still present opportunities for growth. My understanding of psychiatric-mental health nursing theory is strong, particularly in recognizing psychiatric disorders and effective therapeutic communication. These strengths reflect my ability to approach patient care both clinically and relationally, which has been a focus of my study.
