Task

Your team was asked to help a small company go global. This involved choosing a small to mid size company and optimizing their operating processes and supply chain management in the global market to improve value, reduce waste and cut costs to provide lasting, sustainable benefits.

It was important to help the company build agile, flexible operation in a global market.

You will now take the plan you have developed your final visual plan using a kanban board/ layout so that the company will have a clear picture of each step of the process and will be able to stay on schedule, make the move efficiently and stay flexible.

Your board should be more complex than simply To Do, Doing, Done.

It needs to convey a visual workflow, as well as a policy for how you will limit work-in-progress, manage flow, and monitor, adapt, and improve the process. You may use an electronic tool to develop the Kanban board as long as you can save it to submit.

However, if you prefer whiteboards or sticky notes, you will have to take clear pictures of the whole board and parts so they can be seen.
