Sub-Project 1: Teaching spaces and break out area for students
- Refurbishment of Level 4, 5, 6, ... 14
Schedule: Refurbishment must be completed by mid 2023.
Cost: Total cost must not exceed $25m
Constraints:
Sub-Project 1: Schedule (Time) is the top priority for staged floor-by- floor refurbishments to minimise the disruptions in the teaching activities.

Contract type: Propose the best contract type for sub-project 1 and provide justification.
Budget Breakdown: Develop the budget (cost estimates) for the refurbishment of Library.
Risks: Identify, analyse and assess the impact of the risks associated with the proposed routes and contract types for both the owner (TopEd) and the contractor.
