Create an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for a project using the following info below:

A. Choose a project in an organization

B. Develop a Scope statement for the project and lost major requirements.

C. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to a minimum of 3 levels in graphic or tabular form and numbered.

D. List the organizational elements (OBS) from where the resources will be drawn.

E. Build a Responsibility Assignment Matrix and identify control accounts.

F. Construct a bar chart showing the Master Schedhle (control accounts) for the project.

G. Lay out a time-phased control account plan for 3 of the control accounts and their work packages.

H. Selected an Earned Value Method for each listed work package.

I. Calculate earned value for any activity that has already occurred.

J. Calculate, if possible, the CPIc, SPIc, TCPI, and three EACs using the formula: EAC = AC + (BAC-EV) / PF

K. Prepare, if possible, a Variance Analysis Report for one control account.
