This assignment will help you prepare for your career in HRD. You will interview an HRD professional. The assignment will also help you develop interviewing and note-taking skills. After you have conducted the interview, you will write a 3-4 page paper, describing the person you chose to interview (his or her position, organization, etc.), your rationale for choosing this person, listing the questions you posed, discussing what you learned about the field of HRD or job/career from the perspective of this interviewee, and offering a critique of/commentary on the interview you conducted.
